Order

I changed my mind. How do I add/remove items or cancel my order? 
Currently we don't support adding to or removing items from an existing order. Please email us at support@stickerrificstore.com with your order number and we will try to assist you the best we can.

Is the item I want in stock? 
All products displayed on our site are normally in stock unless stated otherwise. Occasionally we go out of stock at short notice or won't have enough to cover your order. In this case we'll let you know. You can have two options, either replace with other same value product or request refund for that particular product. If you urgently need an item it's always best to confirm stock by contacting us via 
email.

How do I pay?
We accept payments via Visa and Mastercards Credit Cards, as well as Bank Transfer and Cash Deposit for domestic orders. For customers out of Malaysia, should you choose to use the Bank Transfer option, all bank charges should be absorbed by you.

When are your delivery days?
Effective from September 2016, deliveries will only be made from Tuesday to Friday. Monday is the only day we get to rest and it's about time we take it seriously!

How long does shipping within Malaysia take?
Processing will take within 2 working days. Delivery is within 2-3 working days* for West Malaysia or 3-5 working days* for East Malaysia - from the moment you submit your paid order (if PayPal) or deposit slip (if Bank Deposit). Parcels are sent out from Tuesday to Friday.

How long does international shipping take?
Delivery to Asian regions take between 7-10 days and up to 14 working days for the rest of the world, give and take. If you would like to opt for Express Delivery - EMS (2-3 days), please contact us before placing an order.

*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer. 

How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers are sent via a system-generated email once the order has been sent out. You can track your parcel at www.poslaju.com.my.

My order never arrived.
Please contact us if your order has not arrived after 5 working days from the delivery date for local (Malaysia) and 30 working days for international.

I received a damaged item.
We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. As soon as you discover a fault, please email your concern to support@stickerrificstore.com with the following details:

  • The order number
  • The faulty item's name
  • A description of the fault, preferably with a photo

We'll get back to you as quickly as we can. Kindly note that our working hours are between 12 to 7pm, Tuesdays to Sundays.

I received an incorrect item/missing item. 
If an item is incorrect or missing from your order, please contact us 
with your order number and information regarding the wrong or missing product. 

Do I have to pay import duty or taxes and charges? 
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. 


Do you accept customisation design request? 
Sorry, we do not accept requests for design customisation at the moment.
