Give your colored pencil artwork a painted effect with with Holbein Meltz Colored Pencil Blending Liquid! Brush the blender liquid over oil-based colored pencil artwork to create stunning gradations, effortlessly blend colors, and give your colored pencil artwork a brushed-on look. 

While some colors are more difficult to mix or blend, color mixing is best done when the colored pencil has been applied in a cross-hatch or layered pattern.

Bottle has a fluid weight of 35ml. Also available in twin-tip blender pen format.
