Heartart by Elaine Chang
“Turning the Wheels of Time” Postcard
This postcard was printed from the original acrylic painting on canvas by Elaine Chang, created in 2015. Pen your thoughts and send this postcard to a friend, or simply keep as a lovely memento. Better yet, frame them up and display where you need a little cheer.
About the Artwork: The trishaw is a living heritage, a dying legacy from yesteryear. Now relegated to a tourist ride, it was the transport of choice for the rich Malaya. This trishaw basks in the sun in the heritage enclave of Penang, awaiting passengers. If it could talk, you can almost hear it imploring you to turn back its wheels to its glory days.
The original artwork measures 24 x 30” and has recently been exhibited at the Ipoh Contemporary Art Festival 2015.
- The image is printed out-of-house on 4" x 6" (100x150mm) 310gsm artcard stock.
- The front of the postcard is printed in full colours and are matte coated; while the reverse is uncoated and printed in black ink with a stylized postcard layout and a Elaine Chang logo.
The postcard is packed in a clear cello sleeve.
